Benjamin White serves as Vice President, Operations of Varetis, Inc., where he leads enterprise operations, program delivery, service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across the Company’s federal programs. He is responsible for ensuring disciplined execution, contractual compliance, workforce performance, and the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes for customers while supporting the Company’s long-term growth objectives.
Ben brings more than 15 years of experience spanning federal healthcare operations, emergency management, program management, business systems analysis, technology integration, and organizational leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex federal programs supporting healthcare, disaster response, case management, workforce enablement, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives.
Prior to assuming his current role, Ben served in a variety of leadership positions at Apprio, including Project Manager, Director of Technology Integration, Business Systems Analyst, and Lead Analyst. He has supported customers including the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Administration for Children and Families, FEMA, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the United States Coast Guard. His experience includes medical claims adjudication, emergency preparedness and response, healthcare operations, case management systems, analytics, business process improvement, and operational transformation.
Ben plays a key role in advancing Varetis’ operational excellence strategy, helping the Company build scalable delivery frameworks, strengthen performance management, improve operational visibility, and deliver better decisions and predictable outcomes for customers.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Psycholinguistics from the University of Mary Washington and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master.
