Todd W. Traver serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Varetis, Inc., where he leads the Company’s strategic direction, operational performance, corporate governance, and long-term growth initiatives.
Todd brings more than 40 years of leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, government contracting, emergency management, public service, and executive leadership. Prior to acquiring and leading Varetis, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Apprio’s Federal Division, helping strengthen operational performance, compliance programs, governance processes, and strategic execution.
A retired Brigadier General in the United States Army, Todd previously served in senior command and executive leadership positions responsible for healthcare operations, organizational readiness, and enterprise-level management of organizations comprising more than 5,000 personnel and annual budgets exceeding $135 million.
Todd is leading Varetis’ transformation into a systems-driven operator focused on delivering predictable outcomes through disciplined execution, data-driven decision making, and technology-enabled innovation.
He holds a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, a Master of Public Administration from Marist University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Post Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management from Columbia Southern University.
